Grandview Shores Hotel

Grandview Shores Hotel Dept. 56 Seasons Bay Item #53400. Introduced 1998 and retired 2000. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Has two flags and a lightning rod on the roof.

Prior to the introduction of the Season's Bay Village line to the public, Department 56 presented a "Special Edition" of this piece of which only 275 pieces were produced and given to select recipients in a plain white box. This one and only piece that I have is #9 of 275.
It was signed and dated: 12/3/98.
