Silversmith Dept. 56 Disney Parks Village item 53521. Introduced in 1995 and retired in 1996. Very few of these second year pieces were created before the Disney/Department 56 contract dispute and eventual breakup. This special version with the bottom stamp pictured was sold only in the Disney Theme Parks. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Five-sided building of fieldstone. Many windows on all sides. Dormers in each roof section. Hanging sign above double entry doors. Potted trees flank the door.
